All orders are delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning customers are liable for customs charges according to their country’s regulations. Some countries do not impose customs import charges because we dispatch the orders as gifts. We provide worldwide shipping at no additional cost to customers except for any customs charges that may apply.
It is important to note that customs or import duties vary from country to country, and some countries do not charge at all. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to check their local customs policy. However, we are not responsible for the payment of local taxes or import duties, and the product prices do not include any taxes.

- If our quality control department rejects your item, it is either sent back to the production department for repair or a new item is created. Keep in mind that this circumstance happens once in a while.
